This policy explains what personal data Lean Consulting International ("we") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. Our contact form and course registration form ask for your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company name, plus the course you are registering for.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our web host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as virtually all web hosts do.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to confirm your place on a course, and to send you the practical details you asked for. We use your data for the purpose you gave it to us for — nothing else.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our company email through a third-party form provider, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Our website hosting provider stores and serves the site.
We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
