Green Belt training delivered at Paragraph Hotel, Shekvetili
Frontline and management teams at Paragraph Hotel completed a three-day Green Belt program focused on daily problem-solving, waste elimination and service-flow improvement.
Our team has wrapped up a three-day Green Belt program on-site at Paragraph Hotel in Shekvetili — one of Georgia’s flagship resort hotels.
Over three intensive days, hospitality teams learned to see their daily work as a value stream — from guest arrival to checkout — and to spot exactly where time, effort and quality leak away: double handling at the front desk, waiting loops between housekeeping and reception, unclear standards in service handoffs.
The program combined classroom fundamentals with real work on the floor:
- Kaizen fundamentals — the seven wastes, standard work and visual management, translated into hotel language.
- Structured problem-solving — PDCA and root-cause analysis applied to live service issues, not textbook cases.
- A real improvement project — each group tackled an actual bottleneck during the course and presented measured results on the final day.
The outcome: shorter guest waits, clearer service standards, and — most importantly — a team that now has the tools and confidence to keep improving on its own.
“The best training doesn’t end when we leave — it leaves behind people who can find and fix the next problem themselves.”
Congratulations to everyone who earned their Green Belt! If you’d like a similar program for your team — in hospitality, manufacturing, retail or services — get in touch or see our upcoming events.
